Services

Enrolled and Participating Medicare Provider

Medicare patients are accepted based on medical necessity. The Center for Medicare Services (CMS) very clearly defines what a physical therapist can, and cannot, bill for reimbursement. Therefore, Meghan only accepts patients wanting to use Medicare benefits for situations that involve a significant functional limitation, an acute injury, or for post operative rehabilitation. In such cases, an evidenced-based, skilled therapeutic treatment will be provided, as defined and required by CMS and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Individuals who seek FCS and body work will be considered for cash service only. Please request an appointment with Meghan to determine what option is best suited to address your needs.

Fascial Counterstrain / Body Work Session

Self pay, cash rate: $150 / hour

Additional 30-minute increments may be added for $50.

Meghan has chosen to maintain her autonomy in making the best clinical decisions for her patients so she can better provide the service they prefer. As a result, she is out-of-network with all commercial insurances, including Medicare Advantage Plans.

Though Meghan will not submit any information to your insurance, if your insurance plan covers out-of-network benefits, she will provide you the medical documentation needed to submit for reimbursement of her services. She cannot guarantee what amount, if any, will be reimbursed.

Please ask Meghan about a discount available to both active and retired military personnel.

Post Operative Rehabilitation

Self-pay packages

Meghan is happy to assist individuals in their post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation. Often, these plans require more frequent sessions in the acute and intermediate stages of healing, which can sometimes last upwards of 2-4 months. For this reason, an individualized plan of care can be established with a separate payment plan unique to each individuals’ circumstances. Please reach out to Meghan to discuss your best options so that your healing and recovery can be prioritized.
